What can I use in salads?

During the diet there are two types of salad. If is green salad, you can use all kinds of lettuce, endive, escarole, buds, arugula, lamb’s lettuce, raw spinach, etc. When is a complete salad, you can add tomato, pepper, cucumber, onion, carrots or radishes. You can dress all your salads with olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, herbs, chili, curry and other species.
