Can I eat with sugar or saccharin?

You can have coffee or tea with small amount of sugar. Regular consumption of sugar is perfectly compatible with a healthy and balanced diet. We recommend using brown sugar. Not being refined, contains vitamins and minerals that white sugar does not contain.

Saccharin is a non-caloric sweetener that not cause tooth decay and has no calories. It is recommended for people with problems with sugar metabolism (menopause, obesity or diabetes).
