How are our weekly diet plans?

Diets are balanced and normocaloric, with foods of the Mediterranean diet. They aim to reduce hyperinsulinism present in most people with overweight and obesity.

Diets provide a good intake of fruit outside the main meals, in order to provide energy to the body and avoid the side effects of ketosis (nausea, headache, fatigue, etc.) that may appear before certain types of diet. There is some dissociation with carbohydrates high glycemic index (excluding fruit), remaining however other carbohydrates rich in fiber, such as vegetables and salads.

Our online diet aims to finish eating all kinds of foods of the Mediterranean diet, which will be incorporated gradually once has yielded hyperinsulinism.
