What should I do if I do not lose weight after the first month?

If you do not lose weight during the first weeks of the plan, probably you have lost volume. If you do not practice sport regularly, we recommend exercising at least 30 minutes a day, it will help you to get better results. We recommend you to practice sport and  keep on doing your diet plan for the next weeks, you will achieve your goal. If you do not lose any weight the following weeks, you should visit your doctor to analyze your case.
