What should I do after finishing my diet plan?

Once completed the full plan, you can apply the knowledge and habits acquired during the diet or you can start a new plan of 9 weeks, depending on your new BMI.

If you get the desired weight loss before finishing the plan, you can leave the diet without any problem or finish the program because our diets are normocaloric.

At the end of the weight loss plan, you will receive some general rules and advices to keep your weight achieved.
